6. Do I need any special equipment to make this?
As this is a raw food course, you'll mainly use a chopping board & knife as well as a food processor & blender to make most recipes. Some recipes require a dehydrator or a spiraliser.

Yes. All recipes are gluten-free if you use gluten-free miso, tauchu and gluten-free soy sauce.
