My first attempt at making nice cream in the Ninja Creami didn't disappoint.

Banana Date Pecan Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS:
2 medium sized ripe bananas

5 medjool dates

½ cup pecans & divided in half

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp nutritional yeast

1/2 tsp My Blue Tea pandan leaf powder

1 cup plant based milk (cashew)
