Yesterday, I tried out the 🧄Garlic Balsamic Chickpea Salad(cooked vegan) from the bundle.

This is more for Mr Jazz Guitarist as he loves chickpeas. During the livestream I just realised that if you use sprouted chickpeas and raw cheese you can make this raw vegan.

I’ve made some adaptations the recipe based on what I have with me, and here’s what I used:

MY INGREDIENTS

1 cup dried chickpeas, cooked

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

12 oz cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup coriander leaves, chopped

Raw vegan cheese

2 cloves garlic, grated

Balsamic vinegar

Trader Joe’s Onion salt, to taste
