INGREDIENTS:

1⁄2 cup freshly ground flax (46g/1.62oz)
1⁄4 cup black sesame seeds (36g/1.27oz)

3⁄4 cup white sesame seeds (108g/3.81oz)
1 tbsp poppy seeds (9g/0.32oz)
1 tbsp coconut aminos (18g/0.63oz) - I used soy sauce

1 tbsp onion flakes (5g/0.18oz) - I used Trader Joe's Onion salt
1 tbsp maple syrup (20g/0.71oz) - I used date powder
1 tsp onion powder (2.4g/0.08oz)
1⁄2 tsp garlic powder (1.5g/0.05oz)

1⁄2 tsp dried miso (1g/0.04oz) (optional) - omitted
1⁄8 tsp cayenne pepper (0.55g/0.02oz)
3⁄4 cup water (177g/6.24oz)
