Final day here in Salaya, Thailand!
Yesterday I wanted to have some bananas, so we took a short walk around 11 mins or so, to the Salaya Market. This is our second time there, so this time we figured out the scenic route and walked by the waters which made it really pleasant.

The Salaya Market sells fresh produce, dried goods, non-vegan stuff and also has a food court area.

Here's our fruit haul:

I got :

2 kinds of Bananas
Cherry tomatoes
Mangosteens
Rambutans
Jackfruit
Mangoes

I was only planning to get 1 bunch of bananas from 1 stall but she gave me 2 bunches for 20 Thai Baht! That comes up to something like 56 US cents.

And I love the Thai bananas here. There's so much flavour to it.

ORGANIC FARM

And we also popped by the Organic Farm at Mahidol University yesterday... they weren't harvesting any fresh vegetables on Sunday however they did have veggies from the day before on it was discounted. Everything in the packets were sold for 10 baht, compared to 25 baht.

So I got 3 packets of veggies: 2 kinds of lettuce and 1 packet of sprouts.

Ok, we leave in 1 hour and 20 mins so I should end here.
