I was inspired by her CREAMY CILANTRO LIME SAUCE in her meal plan.

However, as I make a giant salad for myself for lunch, I need to make a larger dressing to cover my 300 grams of leafy greens.

Here are the INGREDIENTS I USED for my dressing:

3 T Lacto-fermented belimbing buluh
2 black garlic cloves
1/2 c cilantro
1 inch fresh ginger
1/2 ripe avocado
1/2 tsp pepper

1 T miso
3 Medjool dates

1 jalapeno
1 c water

SALAD INGREDIENTS

Iceberg lettuce

Fresh jackfruit

Baby pink radish

Carrots

Diamond Black Cherry Tomatoes

Brussel sprouts

Mung bean sprouts

Cucumber

Celery

Jalapeno

Coriander/cilantro

Red cabbage

Green grapes

Red grapes
