Yesterday was a busy day for me as I put on my artist manager hat and help Mr Jazz Guitarist at his 🎸 clinic. I’m the driver, photographer and videographer 🎥

But before that I have to eat my raw vegan lunch. Was inspired to make my salad dressing based on the Strawberry Tahini Sauce recipe by @anaiszanotti from her eBook COMPLETE PLANT DIET TO SHRED which is going to be in the upcoming Plant-Based Bundle July 2024.

ORIGINAL RECIPE Strawberry Tahini Sauce:
2 tbsps. of tahini
1⁄2 tbsp. of Apple cider vinegar
2 small strawberries
1⁄4 tbsp. of onion powder
1⁄4 tsp. of garlic powder
1 tbsp. of fresh lemon juice

I’M USING FOR MY DRESSING
✔️3 tablespoons white sesame Seeds
✔️1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
✔️strawberries
✔️1 tsp onion powder
✔️1 tsp Garlic powder
✔️3 Medjool dates

✔️JUICE 3 calamansi limes
✔️1 CUP Water

SALAD INGREDIENTS

Water cress

Siew Pak Choy

Coriander leaves

Hong Kong Choy Sum

Arame

Goji berries

Mung bean sprouts

Red lentil sprouts

Baby pink radish

Brussel sprouts

Brazil nut
